1. Delivery of Digital Goods

Yovaan Academy offers purely digital educational products and exam preparation materials. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

Upon successful payment for any exam package or premium material, your access is granted digitally and instantly. You will not receive any physical shipment, CD, DVD, or printed books via courier or mail.

2. How to Access Your Purchases

Once your transaction is verified by our payment gateway, the purchased study materials are automatically unlocked in your account. You can view, read, or download the resources directly from the dashboard under your "My Purchases" section or by navigating to the specific exam's syllabus and study material pages.

3. Delays in Delivery

Because our delivery is completely automated, it should be instantaneous. However, in rare instances where a payment is flagged for manual review by the payment gateway, access might be delayed by a few minutes to hours until the payment fully clears.

If your payment was deducted from your bank account but you have not received access to the purchased materials within 2 hours, please reach out to us at support@yovaanacademy.com.
